Experience Includes:
•Accounts preparation at all levels from basic management accounts to detailed consolidated financial statements.
•Audit experience ranging from small company audits to large institutions listed on the Stock Exchange.
• Internal audit function liasing with groups of auditors in the preparation of statutory financial statements.
•Preparation of detailed cashflows, forecasts and budgets for banking/funding and decision making requirements.
•Acting as Company Secretary for a number of companies, and have a detailed knowledge of the provisions and obligations under the new Companies Act 2003 and the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement.
•Overview and implementation control of a number of trading companies, including the financing function.
•Project management experience liaising with a range of external personnel including banking institutions, solicitors, barristers, estate and management agents, government agencies, statutory auditors and company registrars amongst others.
•Assisting with the development of financial strategies including the review and appraisal of potential new business proposals and projects by way of venture capital or management buyout.
•Preparation of business proposals and development plans amalgamating the principles of innovation, finance, marketing and sales.

Associate of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland;
Post Graduate Diploma in Tourism Studies – University of Limerick
